Precision TIG-welded with dedicated filler wire and back-purged at the bearing housings. Finished in durable black powder coating. Each kit is serialized and a manufacturing certificate is available upon request.<\/p>\n<h3>Features &#038; Technical Specifications:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Front Tension Rods:<\/strong> 32&#215;2 mm 4130 CroMo tubing. Body side features an M18x1.5 left-hand thread CroMo spherical bearing. Arm side features a custom M18x1.5 right-hand thread fixed joint machined from 4130 CrMo (25CrMo4) with a 30 mm wrench flat for in-situ adjustment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lower Control Arms:<\/strong> 35&#215;2.0 mm 4130 CroMo tubing. Body side features an M16x1.5 right-hand thread CroMo spherical bearing. Wheel side incorporates a taper pin compatible with GT-Corolla steering knuckles and a CroMo 40\/20 mm rodless spherical bearing. Weld-on mounting brackets on top of arms for blade sway bar fitment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hardware:<\/strong> Grade 10.9 M12x1.5 mm connecting bolts with heavy washers and Nyloc nuts.
