This enables us to produce roll cages that fit into the car with minimal adjustment and without extensive tube modifications.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Manufactured to order.<br \/>\n\u2013 Remember to purchase the separate \u20ac69 domestic shipping if you do not pick up the roll cage package yourself.<br \/>\n\u2013 Some of the base plates are missing from the example images.<br \/>\n\u2013 Additional body attachment brackets seen in some images (e.g. at the A-pillar) are not included.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Main hoop: 45 x 2.5mm<br \/>\n\u2013 Other cage tubes: 40 x 2.0mm<br \/>\n\u2013 Tube set according to the sample image<br \/>\n\u2013 Tube ends pre-cut to shape and length<br \/>\n\u2013 The included riser boxes (platforms under the cage) are pre-cut to fit the body<br \/>\n\u2013 Corner gussets are universal and may require fine-tuning by trimming (Note: curved gussets shown in images cost extra)<\/p>\n<p>Installation method:<br \/>\nPosition the riser boxes and tack weld them in place (tack weld only!).<br \/>\nAssemble the front portion of the cage up to the main hoop and tack weld it in place (tack weld only!).<br \/>\nWeld the WRC bars, windshield bar, and door bars as far as you can from the front side. Do not weld the tubes to the main hoop yet!<br \/>\nRelease the main hoop from its tacks and slide the entire front portion of the cage assembly rearward so you can fully weld the areas that were previously out of reach.<br \/>\nMove the front section back into position, add the main hoop and roof tubes, and weld as far as you can reach.<br \/>\nRemove the riser boxes from underneath the cage assembly and drop the cage down to fully weld all previously unreachable joints.<br \/>\nReinstall the riser boxes and tack weld them in place.<br \/>\nFully weld the rear portion of the cage (100%).<br \/>\nMark the roll cage bolt hole locations, remove the assembly once more, drill the holes, weld the nuts underneath, reinstall, and weld 100%.<br \/>\nAdd the box reinforcements and weld 100%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Note:<br \/>\nOur laser cutter does not have a tilting head, so cuts are always made at a 90\u00b0 angle to the tube surface. As a result, minor fine-tuning may be necessary, especially for sharper angles.
