Description
Finally ready and available, BMW E36 race/rally front suspension arm kit. Komplete kit with all nuts and bolt for assembly. You need to weld a fork to subframe and two threads to bracket support. as DTM cars had. STD geometry. From shop you can find also bumpsteer kit for E36. All welded parts are made from Cromo 4130 except rear bracket from S355 steel. Machined parts are 25cromo4 = 4130CroMo
Cromo front track controlarm with 16×1.5mm rosejoint on body side and 40/20mm spherical on wheel side, all cromo 4130. In-place adjuster for adjustment.
-Wheelside mounting with cromo pin with nylock nuts
-Cromo tension arm with “stiff-joint” on TCA side, on body side M18x1.5 rosejoint. In-place adjuster for adjustment.
-Rear bracket fits straight to original mounting, but you should weld extra mounting threads on to body like the DTM cars had, thread bungs comes with the kit
-To subframe side steel bracket needs to be welded to subframe
-You can shim the rear mounting up-down, so you can play with antidive
-To all rosejoints you will get reducers down to 12mm bolt
-To all joints mounting hardware with the kit, 10.9 grade M12x1.5 thread screws with nylock nuts, rear bracket you use original bolts.
-TCA/Tension arm/rear bracket powdercoated.
Production sertificate for MOT inspection comes with the kit if needed
