Payment service provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. Online banks
The online banking payment intermediary service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user’s point of view, the service works just like a traditional online payment.
Delivery method
We use Finland Post and Matkahuolto to deliver your shipments. Products will be dispatched within the next few working days. When the shipment arrives for pick-up, you will receive a notification of arrival at your home address. The products are then immediately available for collection.

Delivery time
We aim to deliver orders to the Post Office’s outbound parcel service every day at 17.00. We will endeavour to remove temporarily out of stock products from the online shop, but if any of the products you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you immediately.
Return of defective products and shipments damaged in transit
Check the delivery you receive as soon as you receive it. If any product is incorrect or faulty, please contact us immediately. The warranty only covers the product itself. If the product is broken due to a manufacturing defect, either a new product or a refund will be provided to the customer. In the case of a refund, the customer must first return the broken product. The customer must contact us immediately after the breakage. We will not reimburse any consequential damages or other expenses incurred as a result of the breakage. Our products are intended for motorsports. There is no warranty on the part used in competition.

Online store customer register
Purpose of processing personal data
The register is used solely for maintaining the customer relationship between Vaisaset Oy and the customer. Placing an order does not require registration in the customer register.
Data content of the register
Basic customer data: customer number, surname, first name, postal address, postcode, postal town, telephone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address, order history and delivery tracking data.
The register stores the customer’s permission to send marketing communications.
Regular data sources
Contact details are recorded when the customer registers. Other information is stored when the customer makes a purchase in the online shop.
Regular data disclosures and data transfers outside the EU or the European Economic Area
The registry operator does not disclose data to third parties.
Principles of data protection
The data controller’s computer system and files are protected by the technical means of protection normally used. Access to the register requires a personal username and password, which are only granted to the staff of the controller whose position and tasks are related to the said access.
