BMW E8x/E9x bumpsteer joint

Description

Bump-steer tie rod end kit designed for BMW E8x (1-series) and E9x (3-series) models. Bump-steer refers to the unintended change in toe during suspension travel. While standard passenger cars often have 20–40 mm of toe change, in motorsport, this must be minimized to ensure predictable and stable handling.

This kit is specifically engineered to overcome challenges with BMW E8x struts, where space is often limited when using rally wheels. Installation requires the mounting to be recessed into the steering arm for correct geometry. The components are manufactured from high-strength materials to withstand extreme racing conditions.
