RCS weld-in roll cage for drifting BMW E46 Coupe

RCS (Rally Corsa Shop) weld-in roll cages are designed based on 3D modeling and manufactured using our 3D tube cutter. This enables us to produce roll cages that fit into the car with minimal adjustment and without extensive tube modifications.

– The additional brackets shown in the pictures, e.g. on the A-pillar, are not included in the delivery.

– 45×2.5mm main hoop
– 40×2.0mm other tubes
– tube set as shown in the model
– pipe ends cut to shape and size
– underneath the basket boxes are pre-cut to fit the basket
– gussets are universal, you will have to fine-tune them by cutting

How to install:

– let’s get the jewel boxes in place, just the heft!
– assemble the front safety arches up to the main arch, only the heft!
– weld WRC pipes, windshield pipe, and door pipes from the front as far as you can reach, do not weld pipes to the main arch!!!
– remove the main hoop from the tapweld and pull the entire front setup package back far enough to complete 100% of the welding of the previous step.
– the front section is reinstalled and the main hoop and roof tubes are inserted and welded as far as they will go
– remove the body boxes from under the package and drop down the arc package, weld the tubes of the previous steps 100%
– install the bottom boxes, just tapweld!
– weld the rest, i.e. the rear tubes 100%
– mark the drill holes for the mounting screws and pull the boxes out one more time, drill the holes, weld the nuts underneath and reinstall and weld 100%
– add gussets and weld 100%

Note:
Our tubecutter does not have a tilting head, so cuts are always made at a 90° angle to the tube surface. As a result, minor fine-tuning may be necessary, especially for sharper angles. The Ercolina bender we use may have angle variations of about ±1 degree, so some additional adjustment may be required in these areas as well.
