Description
CNC-machined tube coupler for 35 mm tubular constructions.
The Tube Coupler is designed to create a strong, removable connection in motorsport chassis fabrications and other tubular constructions. This component is ideal for applications where a tube needs to remain detachable for maintenance, transport, or assembly purposes. Once welded into the tube, the coupler allows part of the structure to be disconnected without removing the entire assembly.
Features:
- Material: CNC-machined 4130 CrMo (25CrMo4) steel.
- Installation: Installed by MIG or TIG welding on both sides of the tube. Secured with two screws (one on each side).
- Applications: General fabrication applications requiring a detachable connection.
- Note: Intended for general fabrication applications, not suitable for roll cages (not FIA-homologated).
