Description
The set fits directly onto the standard fixings. An additional DTM-style support in tension arm bracket, two threaded bungs need to be welded to chassis that come with the kit. An S355 steel bracket needs to be welded to front subframe. Standard geometry, nothing changes except the strength which is very good due to the aircraft grade Cromo tubing used.
Included in the package
- Cromo front suspension arm with M16x1.5 uniball joint on body side and 20/40mm uniball joint on wheel side, all 25CroMo4. On the spot adjustment, you open two lock nuts and just rotate the adjustment.
- 25CroMo4 conical pin for wheel-side mounting and the nuts and bushes required for mounting
- Cromo tension arm with 25CroMo4 “fixed” joint at the support arm joint and M18x1.5 uniball joint at the rear end. To adjust in place, you open the two lock nuts and just rotate the adjustment.
- Rear bracket in S355 steel, the bracket fits directly on the original mount but also has an additional mount on the side of the fender like on DTM cars
- S355 bracket need to be welded to the front subframe with centering cone for correct positioning
- The rear mounting can be shimmed for height, so antidive adjustment is possible
- The uniball joints of the engine block and the rear hood come with reducers for 12mm bolts
- For all joints 10.9 quality bolt M12x1.5 and nylock nuts
- Support arm/reaction rod/bracket powder coated, others electro-galvanised
- On request, a certificate of manufacture for roadworthiness testing
