Description
Ford Ka mk1 PRO+ front suspension kit for motorsport applications. The kit includes all necessary control arms and hardware for installation. All welded components are manufactured from 4130 CrMo (25CrMo4) steel and TIG-welded using appropriate filler material. The parts are powder-coated black and serialized, with a registry kept by the manufacturer.
Features & Technical Specifications
- Reaction rods: 35×2.0 mm 4130 CrMo (25CrMo4) steel tube. The chassis side features an M16x1.5 CrMo rod end with PRO adjustment (adjustable in place), and a fixed joint on the other end. Includes standard anti-roll bar mounting.
- Lower control arms: 35×2.0 mm 4130 CrMo (25CrMo4) steel tube. The chassis side features an M16x1.5 CrMo rod end with PRO adjustment. The wheel side features a suitable ball joint pin and a 20/40 mm CrMo spherical bearing.
- Connecting bolts: Grade 10.9 12×1.5 mm bolts with thick washers and nyloc nuts.

- Connecting bolts, nuts, and washers (for joining reaction rods and control arms)
- 2x taper pins for the steering knuckle (includes lock nuts and adapter sleeves)
- 2x 20/40 mm CrMo spherical bearings installed with circlips
- 8x 16-12 mm reducers
- Low-profile lock nuts for all joints
Note: Dust boots and anti-roll bar links (even if shown in product photos) are not included. Certificate of manufacture available upon request (requires vehicle details and chassis number).
