On-car adjustable 4130 CrMo steel PRO front suspension kit for Toyota Starlet KP61 (Large Taper).
An adjustable PRO front suspension system engineered for the Toyota Starlet KP61 chassis. This version features a large steering arm taper designed to fit GT-Corolla AE86 steering arms.
All welded components are manufactured from seamless 4130 CrMo steel tubing. Welding is performed using TIG with proper filler wire, and joint sockets are purged with backing gas during welding to ensure maximum structural strength. The parts are finished in durable black powder coating. Each assembly is individually serialized, and a manufacturing certificate is available upon request (please supply vehicle details and chassis number when ordering).
Design & Adjustability:
- Front Strut Rods: Constructed from 25×2.0 mm 4130 CrMo tubing. Features an M16x1.5 LH 4130 CrMo rod end at the front and an M16x2.0 RH custom machined 4130 CrMo joint socket at the rear. Features a 30 mm wrench flat for full on-car adjustability.
- Lower Control Arms: Constructed from 35×2.0 mm 4130 CrMo tubing. Features an M16x1.5 RH 4130 CrMo rod end on the chassis side. The wheel side utilizes a steel taper pin designed for GT-Corolla steering arms and a 40/20 mm 4130 CrMo stemless spherical bearing. The PRO version allows full on-car length adjustment on the lower control arm. Pre-welded mounting tabs for a blade sway bar are located on top of the control arms.
- Fitment Note: Installation requires drilling a 12 mm hole into the engine crossmember for the lower arm mounting bolt.

Note: Dust boots for spherical rod ends are not included in the kit. Rubber dust boots are available separately in our webshop.
