Description
PRO front suspension kit for Volvo 200 series (240 / 260), manufactured from seamless 4130 CrMo (25CrMo4) steel tubing and TIG-welded. Designed to bolt directly into standard Volvo mounting brackets. Features a large spherical bearing on the wheel side to provide increased articulation compared to standard options.
Features:
- Construction: Seamless 4130 CrMo (25CrMo4) steel tubing, TIG-welded with proper filler wire, powder-coated finish.
- Fitment: Fits directly into original Volvo 200 series mounting brackets (240 / 260 series).
- Track Control Arms (TCA): Seamless 35×2.0 mm 4130 CrMo tubing. Inner end features M18x1.5 4130 CrMo spherical bearing; wheel side uses a 20/40 mm 4130 CrMo spherical bearing with 4130 CrMo ball joint pin.
- Tension Arms: Seamless 30×2.0 mm 4130 CrMo tubing. Stiff-joint steel mounting to TCA (M16x1.5 Grade 10.9 hardware). Press-fit housing with spherical bearing and aluminum cup for body mount.
- Strut Bottom Adapter: Includes centric or eccentric strut bottom adapter (specify preference when ordering).
