Toyota MR2 ZZW30 PRO front suspension package

Description

Pro-grade front suspension kit engineered for the Toyota MR2 ZZW30 (W30) chassis in motorsport applications.

The lower control arm and tension rod are fabricated from seamless 4130 CroMo steel tubing, and all welded components are made from 4130 CrMo (25CrMo4) steel. Precision TIG-welded with dedicated filler wire and back-purged at the bearing housings. Finished in durable black powder coating. Each kit is serialized and a manufacturing certificate is available upon request.

Features & Technical Specifications:

• Front Tension Rods: 32×2 mm 4130 CroMo tubing. Body side features an M18x1.5 left-hand thread CroMo spherical bearing. Arm side features a custom M18x1.5 right-hand thread fixed joint machined from 4130 CrMo (25CrMo4) with a 30 mm wrench flat for in-situ adjustment.
• Lower Control Arms: 35×2.0 mm 4130 CroMo tubing. Body side features an M16x1.5 right-hand thread CroMo spherical bearing. Wheel side incorporates a taper pin compatible with GT-Corolla steering knuckles and a CroMo 40/20 mm rodless spherical bearing. Weld-on mounting brackets on top of arms for blade sway bar fitment.
• Hardware: Grade 10.9 M12x1.5 mm connecting bolts with heavy washers and Nyloc nuts. Low-profile lock nuts included for all spherical joints.
• Spacers & Reducers: Includes 8 pcs 16-12 mm reducers and 4 pcs aluminum spacers for chassis mounting points.
