Description
PRO front suspension kit (track control arms and tension arms) for Volvo 200 series (240 / 260) Rallycross and motorsport applications, manufactured from seamless 4130 CrMo (25CrMo4) steel tubing and TIG-welded.
PLEASE NOTE: This kit DOES NOT fit original Volvo mounting brackets. It is designed for custom rallycross and motorsport brackets.
Features:
- Construction: Seamless 4130 CrMo (25CrMo4) steel tubing, TIG-welded with proper filler wire, powder-coated finish.
- Fitment: Volvo 200 series (240 / 260) Rallycross and circuit racing with custom mounting brackets.
- Track Control Arms (TCA): Seamless 4130 CrMo tubing. Inner end features M18x1.5 4130 CrMo spherical bearing; wheel side uses a 20/40 mm 4130 CrMo spherical bearing with 4130 CrMo ball joint pin. Large bearing provides extended movement range.
- Tension Arms: Seamless 4130 CrMo tubing. Steel stiff-joint connection to TCA. Body end features a male 4130 CrMo spherical bearing.
- Custom Specifications: Please specify required tension arm length and body bracket width when ordering. Also specify if non-standard TCA inner mounting dimensions are needed.
- Strut Bottom Adapter: Includes centric or eccentric strut bottom adapter (specify preference when ordering).
- Documentation: Material and manufacturing certificate available upon request (provide vehicle model and VIN).
